REFUND POLICY

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at contact@elyracraft.com within the 14-day period.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include all original tags, labels, and accessories

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Hygiene-sensitive goods (e.g. underwear, swimwear) if unsealed

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at contact@elyracraft.com with your order number

  2. Wait for return instructions

  3. Ship the item to the address provided

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 14 days

  • The amount will be returned using the original payment method

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@elyracraft.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a full refund.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need a different size or variation, please place a new order and return the original item.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your payment provider
